What information Signals Prime collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.

1.Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Trade House LTD, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE H, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, operating as Signals Prime (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you visit elite.tradehouse.ltd or use our services. 2.Information We Collect

  • Account information — details you provide when you register or sign in, such as your name, email address and login credentials.
  • Membership and payment information — the plan you choose, payment method, transaction ID or reference, and any payment receipt you upload so we can verify your payment. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by a secure card gateway and we do not store your card details.
  • Messages — information you send us when you contact support.
  • Technical and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and approximate region, collected automatically through standard server logs and cookies.

3.How We Use Your Information

  • to create and manage your account and activate your membership;
  • to verify payments and prevent fraud, abuse and repeated free-demo claims;
  • to deliver signals and dashboard features to members;
  • to respond to support requests and send important service messages (such as membership or payment updates);
  • to keep the website secure, understand how it is used and improve it;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5.Cookies

We use an essential session cookie that keeps you signed in and keeps the website working. It is required for the login and dashboard to function. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website (such as signing in) may then stop working.

6.Third Parties We Work With

To run the website and service we rely on third parties, which may receive limited information such as your IP address when your browser contacts them:

  • Google Fonts — loads the fonts used on this site.
  • Market data providers (such as Binance and Twelve Data) — supply the live prices shown on the website; your browser requests these directly.
  • Payment providers — banks, mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash), card gateways and blockchain networks used to take and verify payments.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — store and serve the website and its data.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our members and the Service.

7.How Long We Keep Information

We keep account and membership records while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements (for example, to enforce the one-demo-per-account rule). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and never share it.

9.Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@tradehouse.ltd from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity first, and some information must be kept where the law requires it.

10.International Transfers

We serve members worldwide and operate from the United States. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection rules. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred, stored and processed there.

11.Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
