1.About the Service
Signals Prime (the “Service”) is operated by Trade House LTD, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE H, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, starting a demo, purchasing a plan or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service provides structured trading signals and market analysis for forex, gold (XAUUSD) and crypto markets. Signals typically include a market direction, an entry zone, a stop-loss level, take-profit targets and risk-management guidance.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service and trading the markets it covers is lawful in your country or region.
3.Your Account
- Provide accurate and current information when you register.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your membership is personal. Do not share, sell or give your login to anyone else.
- The 2-Day Free Demo is limited to one demo per verified account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated demos is not permitted.

4.Plans, Payments and Activation
We currently offer the following memberships:
- 2-Day Free Demo — full access for 2 days at no charge.
- 15-Day Premium Plan — USD $20 for 15 days of access.
- 30-Day Premium Plan — USD $35 for 30 days of access.
The amount due is shown at checkout in the currency that applies to your selected payment method (for example PKR for Pakistan-based members or USDT for international members). Available methods are bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, international card, USDT and international bank transfer.
Bank, wallet, USDT and similar manual payments are reviewed by our team, usually within a few hours during support hours. Your membership is activated after the payment has been verified. Memberships do not renew automatically; you can renew or upgrade at any time from your dashboard. We may change prices or plans for future purchases; the price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies to that purchase.
You are responsible for any bank, network or conversion fees charged by your payment provider. Always use the exact network and account details shown at checkout (for example, TRC20 only for USDT). Payments sent to the wrong network or account may not be recoverable.
5.Refunds
Memberships give immediate access to digital content that cannot be returned. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or could not receive the access you paid for, contact support@tradehouse.ltd with your transaction reference and we will review your request in good faith.
The free demo exists so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.
6.Trading Risk Disclosure
- Signals and analysis are informational only and do not guarantee profits or prevent losses.
- Past performance, including any trade history shown on this website, is not indicative of future results.
- Markets can move quickly. Signals may be delayed, may not be executed at the stated price, and may not suit your situation, experience or risk tolerance.
- You alone decide whether to act on a signal, how much to risk and when to close a trade. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Consider seeking independent advice from a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
7.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share signals, analysis or dashboard content with non-members, including in public or private groups, channels or social media;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content from the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with its operation;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms us or other members.
8.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logo, signals, analysis and software, is owned by or licensed to Trade House LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view and use the content for your own trading decisions during your active membership. No other rights are granted.
9.Third-Party Data and Services
Parts of the website display market prices supplied by third-party data providers, and payments may be processed by banks, wallets, card gateways or blockchain networks. These are outside our control. Displayed prices are indicative, may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be relied on for executing trades. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party services.
10.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any signal, analysis or result will be accurate, complete, timely or profitable.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade House LTD and its owners, team members and affiliates will not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of capital or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from acting on any signal or analysis. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, abuse the free demo, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including risk disclosure, intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
14.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
